"My current agent retired. While the people here are polite they did not solve the issue. In other states, State Farm has a bad reputation which I have never seen until today. "Pierce and his office have gone above and beyond again! We switched to his office a little over a year ago. We were so excited to have Pierce's personalized service with reviewing our current coverages and helping us plan for the future. This week we had a cracked windshield on a kids car that had to be replaced but we were out of town. Pierce stopped by our house to confirm the damage and his office helped set up the replacement the next day. I only worried about my issue for a few minutes while on vacation. "Haleigh is always so accommodating and amazing!! Was in a time crunch today for insurance on my home. Even though I may have been annoying she helped me quickly through the process and got it done in the time frame I needed ( even though she was the only one in the office that day ). Also was a pain a few weeks ago due to putting insurance off and back on again and then off again due to selling a vehicle.
